Construction Method:

1. Waterproof of porcelain tile for exterior wall: the base surface shall be thoroughly cleaned, dry, oil-free, cracks repaired, honeycomb and pitted surface shall be eliminated, and manual brushing or high-pressure fog spraying shall be adopted to ensure full coverage.

2. Cement based concrete: the swimming pool and foundation surface shall be dense, firm and dry. For uneven and cracks, waterproof putty shall be applied. Generally, it can be brushed for 2-3 times. During brushing, pay attention to that the previous coating is dry and solid without sticking hands, and then apply the next one, and the brushing direction shall be crisscross. The interval between each layer shall be subject to the dry and solid coating of the previous layer, and the coating interval shall not exceed 36 hours. The joint of the material can be directly coated. In case of rainy and humid environment, it is not suitable for construction.

3. After the construction of waterproof layer, all parts of the whole project shall be carefully inspected, and the gap of outer wall ceramic tile shall be carefully inspected. The coating shall not be missed painting, layering, edge warping, cracks and other phenomena. If problems are found, find out the causes and repair them in time.

Matters Needing Attention:

1. During construction, it shall be ensured that the product covers the foundation surface and other operations can be carried out after 24 hours of curing.

2. In places requiring high wear resistance, such as pedestrian passage, a hardened layer shall be added to protect the film from damage.
