Coating preparation
① The weighing of ingredients shall be accurate, and the error of each weighing shall not exceed ± 5%.
mixture ratio:
Proportion of general K11 waterproof slurry: additive: powder = 0.36:1;
Flexibility K11 (I) waterproof slurry ratio: additive: powder = 0.80:1;
Flexibility K11 (II) waterproof slurry ratio: additive: powder = 0.68:1;
② Pour the additive into the container in proportion and sequence, then pour the powder, and mix it with an electric mixing drill at the same time to fully mix it to a paste without precipitation.
Standard for judging whether the slurry is uniform: there is no raw powder to achieve uniformity.
③ After mixing well, place it for 5-10 minutes and stir it again before use;
④ Intermittent mixing shall be maintained during operation to prevent sedimentation.
Treatment and preparation of base course
After the base course is inspected as qualified, the floating ash, lime sand and gravel pimples on the surface shall be cleaned, and then wetted before the construction of the next process.
1. Enhancement layer and node processing
The reinforcing layer is mainly aimed at the weak links of the construction parts, that is, the parts easy to cause leakage. Strengthen the treatment to improve the waterproof safety performance and ensure the waterproof effect.
① The parts to be reinforced, such as internal corners and pipe orifices, shall be made into a small circular arc with cement mortar, and then painted with flexible K11 waterproof slurry once, and then painted for the second time after pasting non-woven fabric.
② Where the matrix reinforcement material needs to be laid, the cut matrix material can be tiled after the reinforcement coating is dry, and then pasted with K11 waterproof slurry.
2. Coating application
① When the thickness of the coating layer is within 1.5mmm, it shall be constructed in two times; At 1.5 ~ 2.0mm, the construction shall be carried out in three times. After the first coat, the second coat shall be applied after the initial drying (at an interval of 2 ~ 4 hours).
Judge the preliminary dry fixation standard: the wall feels dry and does not fall off when touched. The floor takes a little longer, depending on whether people will not damage the waterproof layer when walking.
② The painting shall be started from the lower part of the plane and far from the loading opening. When the facade and the plane need to be constructed together, the facade shall be constructed first and then the plane.
③ The construction surface shall be divided according to the quantity of one mixing and the thickness requirements of one brushing, and the materials mixed each time shall be controlled to be used up in this area, so as to ensure the accuracy of coating thickness.
④ During the plane coating and scraping construction, the evenly mixed coating shall be evenly poured on the base surface according to the amount, and it shall be scraped evenly with a brush. The front and rear coating and scraping on the plane shall be perpendicular to each other. During the facade painting construction, the brush shall be painted from bottom to top. Note that the slurry flowing to the internal corner shall be scraped away in time to avoid cracking due to excessive accumulation.
3. When the first coat is dry and solid and can be used for the second construction, carefully check the coating and scraping quality one by one, check whether there are missed coating and sand holes, and make them up in time.
4. after initial drying and solidification, spray irrigation should be adopted to achieve better results.
5. Construction shall not be carried out in rainy, snowy and windy days. Construction shall be carried out in foggy days after the dew is dried. It shall not rain within two hours of construction. In case of rain during construction, rainproof measures shall be taken.
