Polyurethane is a high polymer waterproof coating, which is made of isocyanate and polyether as main raw materials, mixed latent agent, plasticizer and other additives through high-temperature dehydration and polymerization. When in use, it is coated on the waterproof base layer, and the - NCO end group in the polyurethane prepolymer reacts with the moisture in the air to form a tough, soft and seamless rubber waterproof film on the base layer.
1) It can be opened and used on site, and the construction is convenient. The requirements for the moisture content of the base surface are not strict, and the construction can be carried out on the wet base surface or under the condition of high relative humidity.
2) Polyurethane film has high tensile strength, high elongation, good elasticity, high and low temperature resistance Good, strong adaptability to base shrinkage, cracking and deformation.
3) The coating film shall be dense without pinholes and bubbles.
4) It has strong adhesion with the base course, and there is no need to brush the base course treatment agent.
5) The coating is dense, without pinholes and bubbles, and the water vapor permeability coefficient is small. It can be used as both waterproof and gas barrier.
6) The color is adjustable to meet the needs of different customers for surface color.
Construction Technology
● large area waterproof construction: the mixed materials shall be evenly coated with rubber or plastic scraper with the same thickness, generally 1.5mm-2.0mm. It is advisable to apply them in 3-4 times. The subsequent brushing shall be applied in a vertical direction after the previous brushing has solidified into a film. Generally, the film is formed separately. An additional layer of matrix reinforcement material shall be paved on the underground engineering floor.
● film thickness: 1.2mm-2.0mm for underground works, generally 1.5mm, and not less than 1.5mm for toilet and bathroom. When multiple waterproof layers are used for exposed roof works, the thickness of each layer shall not be less than 1.2mm. When one layer of waterproof layer is set for roof with waterproof grade III, the waterproof thickness shall not be less than 2mm. When matrix reinforcing materials are laid in the coating room, the thickness of the coating under the matrix shall not be less than 1.0mm, The upper coating shall not be less than 0.5mm.
