The product is packaged in two components. The paint components are prepared by grinding epoxy resin, red lead and thixotropic additives and adding solvent. The other component is a special amine curing agent.

■ main purpose

It is suitable for anti-corrosion primer on gas pipeline, gas holder, infusion pipeline and various metal surfaces.

■ surface treatment

The steel shall be sandblasted to Sa2.5, and the surface shall be removed of grease and dirt.

Paint density: 1.85 - 1.95g/cm3

Interpretation dosage: 150 - 165G / m2 (film thickness: 40-45um, excluding loss)

Ratio: Paint: H-100 curing agent = 10:1 (WT)

Recoating interval: (25 ℃) 24h, applicable period (23 ± 2 ℃): 6H

Coating parameters

Airless spraying

The nozzle diameter is about 0.4 0.5mm

Ejection pressure: 20-25mpa (about 200-250kg / cm2)

Air spraying

The nozzle diameter is about 2.0-2.5mm

Air pressure 0.3-0.4mpa (about 3-4kg / cm2)

■ storage and transportation

The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent direct sunlight, isolate the fire source and keep away from the heat source. The storage period of paint and curing agent is 12 months. During transportation, the products shall be protected from rain, sunlight and collision, and shall comply with the transportation regulations of the transportation department on dangerous chemicals.

■ precautions

1. Red lead paint has high density and is easy to sink to the bottom, so it must be fully mixed before use.

2. The substrate temperature is above 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the construction temperature is not lower than 5 ℃.

3. Quick drying curing agent shall be used when the construction temperature is lower than 5 ℃.
