■ surface treatment

The coating base surface shall be firm and clean, free of oil, dust and other dirt, and free of acid, alkali or moisture condensation. The previous paint shall be polished before coating.

■ storage and transportation

The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent direct sunlight, isolate the fire source and keep away from the heat source. The storage period of paint is 12 months and that of curing agent is 12 months. During transportation, the products shall be protected from rain, sunlight and collision, and shall comply with the transportation regulations of the transportation department on dangerous chemicals.

■ precautions

1. Mix the paint and curing agent according to the required ratio before use, mix as much as you use, use it after mixing evenly, and use it up within 5 hours;

2. Keep the construction process dry and clean, and do not contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc; After paint preparation, the curing agent packaging barrel must be tightly covered to avoid freezing and scrapping;

3. During construction and drying, the relative humidity shall not be greater than 85%. The product can be delivered for use after 7 days after coating.
