usage method:

1、 Construction operation mode

Wall cleaning → puttying → drying and polishing → puttying twice → drying and polishing → ash cleaning → painting sealing primer (1-2 times) → painting finish paint (2 times)

2、 Workflow

1. Base surface treatment: requirements for concrete wall base;

(1) The plastered surface must be properly cured to make it basically harden completely.

(2) The construction base surface shall be firm and clean without hollowing, loosening and pulverization, otherwise it must be treated.

2. Puttying:

(1) The putty is generally applied twice. The thickness of the first application shall not exceed 1mm, and the total thickness of the two applications shall not exceed 1.5mm. The recoating time between each application shall be more than 24 hours.

(2) After the putty reaches a certain strength after drying, the surface shall be smooth after grinding, without sand marks, small defects, etc.

3. Primer application:

(1) The base surface applied with primer shall meet the requirements of water rate < 8% and pH value between 7-9.

(2) The treated base surface shall be painted with sealing primer for 1-2 times. Generally, brush coating, roller coating and spraying can be used.

4. Finish painting:

(1) Generally, brushing, roller coating and spraying can be used for brushing the finish paint.

(2) The finishing coat is generally applied twice, and the recommended dilution ratio (paint) is 10: (water) 0.5-1.5; The interval of each pass shall be 2-4 hours.

Construction conditions: dry and clean, the ambient temperature of the construction site is 5-35 ℃, and the air relative humidity is ≤ 80 ℃.

Storage / shelf life: store in a cool and dry place, above 5 ℃, sealed for 36 months.
