Water quality cold base oil has good waterproof, elastic plastic, cold resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties. It can be used for waterproof works of various prefabricated or cast-in-situ reinforced concrete roofs, and also for waterproof of reinforced concrete structures in basement. It can effectively increase the bonding strength between base course and waterproof coiled material.

Cold oil shall not be constructed in rainy and windy conditions. After construction, it shall be comprehensively inspected and repaired in time. It is not allowed to pile things on the waterproof layer or walk on it within a week. Do not construct in rainy days. Please construct in advance and watch the weather forecast.

1. The base course shall be firm and solid, and there shall be no obvious cracks or sand, peeling, honeycomb, looseness, reverse slope and unevenness. For the treatment of holes and cracks, paint first, then scrape and fill with self-made (add an appropriate amount of talc powder to the paint), and then paste glass cloth along the treatment part with paint. Larger joint holes shall be caulked and treated with paste.

2. The base course shall be dry and slightly wet (slightly lower than the linoleum roof), subject to the fact that the base course is white and there is no water mark.

3. The surface of the base course shall be cleaned without floating soil, sundries, oil stain, etc. splays and arcs shall be made at the protruding parts of the base course and internal and external corners to facilitate the auxiliary pasting of the waterproof layer.

4. Before using the barrel coating, the method of rolling and stirring on the ground shall be adopted to make the concentration consistent. After unsealing, it shall be used up on the same day. The unused coating shall be sealed tightly to prevent evaporation. If there is a small amount of conjunctiva in the barrel, the slag shall be filtered for use.
