■ storage and transportation
The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent direct sunlight, isolate the fire source and keep away from the heat source. The storage period of paint is 12 months and that of curing agent is 12 months. During transportation, the products shall be protected from rain, sunlight and collision, and shall comply with the transportation regulations of the transportation department on dangerous chemicals.
■ precautions
1. Zinc salt (also known as white rust) can be formed on the surface of zinc rich primer, which shall not be exposed for a long time before painting. If a long coating interval is required, it is recommended to apply micaceous iron epoxy paint as a sealing layer as soon as possible to reduce the workload of secondary rust prevention. If it is placed in a clean indoor environment for several months and in a clean outdoor environment for 14 days, zinc salt will not form on the surface of the paint film. However, in the industrial and marine environment, zinc salt will be produced soon, and the time interval of painting shall be shortened as much as possible. On the surface with zinc salt, the secondary derusting treatment shall be carried out by cleaning sand blasting or mechanical derusting method, and all sundries shall be removed. Dry spraying is easy to occur during construction in high temperature season. In order to prevent dry spraying, dilute with diluent until dry spraying is not allowed.
2. Pay attention to ventilation at the construction site, take fire prevention, anti-static and other measures, and abide by the coating operation procedures and relevant regulations.
3. The substrate temperature is above 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the construction temperature is not lower than 5 ℃.
4. Quick drying curing agent shall be used when the construction temperature is lower than 5 ℃.
